Product Description:

BD SafetyGlide™ shielding hypodermic needles and syringes. For safety injections, these BD SafetyGlide™ needles and needle/syringe combinations offer single-handed activation to shield the needle tip immediately after injection with minimal change in technique. The needles feature a BD Activation Assist™ lever that is released quickly and easily with a single finger stroke from the same hand that is giving the injection. A stainless steel latch covers the needle tip in as few as 1.6 seconds to help prevent needle sticks. Needles feature a bevel-up orientation for performing low angle injections and a BD Luer-Lok™ connection that attaches securely to any standard syringe.
